1-1 Face Yoga tutorials

 As a holistic facialist and organic skin care formulator, Dee’s Organics facials focus on Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage, facial reflexology and facial massage using organic products. While getting amazing results from these treatments, Dee felt the need to go one step further and train as a Face Yoga teacher , to offer her clients the whole package. 

“Face Yoga was the missing part of my jigsaw in my facial routine. While I could get great results from using my own techniques on myself, I felt there was something missing. My facial muscles needed to work themselves and needed to get the same focus as my body does.

Through developing Face Craft, the Face Yoga program, I have learned to train my face to support its structure, to reconnect with the muscles underneath the skin, my expression and my posture, releasing tension, improving circulation and restoring balance.
